Any gathering of more than 10 guests must be approved in advance by the host.

Unauthorized gatherings or violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Refundable Incidental Deposit (Important)

To ensure every Prolific property remains pristine, a $300 refundable incidental deposit is required for all reservations.



How it works:

• The deposit is captured 48 hours prior to check-in through your Prolific Boarding Pass

• Guests will receive a Prolific Boarding Pass link upon booking confirmation to securely upload payment details

• The deposit is held separately and does not replace your booking payment



After checkout:

• If no damages or house rule violations occur, the deposit is automatically released 48 hours after checkout

• Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank

• If any damages or violations are identified, guests will be promptly notified with details
