This modern, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a fresh escape with balcony views of the beach and Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. This is the perfect place to enjoy the Beach with the whole family. Our community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.

The Space:

Bedrooms:

Step into the primary bedroom where you can sink into the king sized bed after a day at the beach. What makes this bedroom even more desirable is the en suite bathroom.



The second bedroom features a queen bed with serene beach decor and is attached to the second bathroom which is also shared with the third bedroom.



Whether you're vacationing with the family or a group of friends, there is plenty of room to sleep everyone in the third bedroom which features 2 bunk beds. One of the bunk beds has a double sized bed.



Gather in the living room where everyone can relax on the large sofa and enjoy a movie or games together. You'll be able to listen to the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Better yet, step onto the balcony and enjoy a beverage or snack while the sun sets.



Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathrooms, featuring luxurious Lather Soaps, Frette towels and a refreshing ambiance.

A Sojourn representative will meet you on site to give you the keys and parking passes. Please schedule a check in time with Sojourn between 4PM and 9PM. Any other times must be pre-approved prior to booking your stay.

Sandbridge is a beautiful coastal community. For a more adventurous day, rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge or take a fishing charter and catch your own dinner.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.



Fireplace

The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
