Welcome to Magnolia by the Sea! This townhome is perfect for anyone wanting to spend a little time at the beach and relax. Conveniently located right by the beach, this townhome has what it takes to make your next vacation great!

*Stunning full renovation completed in 2025
*Private beach access
*Spacious living area with an open floor plan
*Lots of seating in the living room, with a balcony through the sliding glass doors
*Island dining with 5 bar stools, with a second table and chairs on the balcony
*Well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances, open pantry, and lots of lighting
*Partial views of the Gulf from our townhome
*All bedrooms have generous closet space and TVs
*The master suite features a spacious layout with a king bed and four windows with glimpses of the Gulf
*We have one parking space in front of our property and one in the garage
*Additional overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
*Minimum age to rent is 25

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

We loved our stay. The proximity to the beach is very ideal and the access to the pool/hot tub was wondeful. The place was beautiful and clean.

Beautifully renovated beach getaway. I've stayed at several units at SeaHaunts over the past 7 years and this one was the nicest unit. It's not an oceanfront view but you can still see the ocean from the balcony which was nice. Great correspondence with the management team. They were very responsive to me. No wifi issues at all. Great washer and dryer, very pretty kitchen supplies, had everything we needed. Would definitely book again. Perfect location in Santa Rosa Beach.

Wonderful condo, great location! Easy walk to the beach. Easy check in process, it had everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards. Gated community. We had a great time.

Great Spring Break trip

We had a group of 6, everyone had a place to sleep. The basement bunks are really cute and the entire place has been renovated very recently. From the door to the beach was a 2 minute walk and you could see the ocean from the balcony. We had an AC issue on day 2 and they were prompt to send maintenance, and they delivered fans for the rooms. An extra key fob for the pool area would be great, since you need to use it for entry and exit, the unit only comes with 1. Overall, we loved this place and will definitely return!

Great Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Magnolia By The Sea was a perfect place to spend our beach vacation. This is our 2nd year coming back to the Seahaunts complex. We really liked the unit we stayed in last year as well but that unit had increased their price drastically from last year so we decided to try Magnolia By The Sea. I’m so glad we did. It is beautiful and it was clean. We loved having access to the garage and being able to drop beach stuff in there. The extra fridge was also super helpful! My only two suggestions would be maybe some mattress toppers and less dishes. The mattresses are new and in good condition but they are extremely firm. There is also dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, and glasses for at least 30 people. They take up a lot of room that could be used to store groceries. The condo only sleeps 8 and we ate on paper plates most of the time so all the dishes really aren’t necessary. The cookware was in good condition and there were several casserole dishes that were helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals each night. We would definitely like to stay here again.
