Welcome to your charming 2-bedroom condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama, where you can enjoy a serene view of the lagoon. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms with a beachy atmosphere.
The private kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there's a dining area where you can savor your meals.
Step onto the private balcony to experience the fresh air and gentle breeze while taking in the panoramic views of the lagoon. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or simply soak in the breathtaking scenery.
The condo complex features a shared pool, ideal for a swim no matter the weather. There's also a shared BBQ area, perfect for spending time with friends and family and adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your stay.
The unit is decorated with charming details and equipped with modern amenities for your comfort, including high-speed internet and entertainment options.

Things to know
• Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, this property has been highly discounted. There will be construction taking place at the property Monday-Saturday 7:30am-5pm. Guests may experience construction noise during this time. It is a construction site, however the outdoor pool is still operational and beautiful.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Pets are not allowed. The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
