Great Space "But"

Very comfortable space. Assume the owner/manager is new to this, so maybe a little grace. Lack of communication and information regarding getting in and checking out was very stressful. Had to contact VRBO directly to prompt access information.

Good location but noisy apartments

The host was amazing and helped with our every need. The apartment is nice but needs attention to a few things. Throughout my stay the neighbors above and across the hall were very noisey. A plus is the elevator from the parking garage to the apartment is close walking distance however for 3 days that elevator was broke and had to navigate through to a elevator further away. Normally would not be an issue but i had just had surgery and this was very inconvenient. Another plus Ralph's grocery is on the same property but i don't recommend going at night because there are homeless people and other suspicious individuals hanging around the parking lot. I loved the convenience of having the outdoor grill close by as well. While there at 2am or so, the fire alarm went off and apparently had been happening quite often. This was very scary because we weren't sure where to go and i had panic attack. Again, the host was amazing and was very helpful.

Not awesome

Very noisy, no soundproofing in ceiling, constant banging, dragging and sliding in the apartment above sometimes until late at night.Hvac broken (forced to move out for a day so they could replace it, but did not fix it) Used portable heaters which often tripped the electric circuit.Was given an incomplete access code so couldn't get into the apartment.Spent 2 hours trying to get the heat fixed upon arrival.Vrbo has no direct communication with an "owner" so problems can not be easily addressed.Terrible.
