Super cute, very clean and newly updated place. Check-in was a breeze. The parking garage was fantastic. The living space actually felt like a nice hotel suite with all the little touches provided. It was also really nice to walk into a couple bottles of water and some sweet treats after a long day of travel. Lots of tv streaming services too! Excellent communication by host since the day of booking. Would definitely recommend/ stay here again!

Check in was easy. I just wish there had been more in the kitchen as we like to eat breakfast at home. We had to buy spatulas and there was only 4 of everything. No spices or any extras. Thanks Alex!

The apartment is very well located in Marina del Rey. There are supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream shops, pharmacy, and lovely walks in the sailboat area right across the street.Marina beach is a 50-minute walk away, not 3 minutes as stated on the Vrbo website. It's spacious and comfortable. It's on the first floor and overlooks an interior courtyard. It's quiet. It has two queen beds, accommodating four people. The kitchen is adequate, but it lacks dishes and glasses, as there aren't enough for everyone. The lighting could also be improved, as it's a bit dark and there aren't enough lamps.Alex is very helpful; he sent us clear directions. We didn't have to contact him since everything worked out perfectly. The only issue we had, and I don't know who is responsible for it, is that when we booked the unit, it said the apartment was a 3-minute walk to the beach.Vrbo sent us one address, and the owner gave us a different one. While the latter did correspond to the apartment in the photos, it wasn't the correct distance to the beach. So I don't know who's responsible, Vrbo or the owner.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of coastal charm, convenience, and calm. Tucked between Venice Beach and Playa del Rey, the area has a laid-back vibe with palm-lined streets, scenic bike paths, and beautiful marina views. It’s ideal for anyone who enjoys morning walks by the water, quick beach access, and the energy of nearby cafes and local restaurants.

What we enjoy most is how peaceful the area feels, while still being so close to everything—Abbot Kinney, the beach, the marina, and even LAX. You get the best of both worlds: a relaxing escape and the buzz of Los Angeles within reach. It’s a place that feels like a vacation every day, and we love sharing that with our guests.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our place special is the mix of comfort, design, and location. The apartment has a bright, airy feel with tropical touches that make it feel like a true retreat. We’ve added little details—plush bedding, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen—to make your stay feel effortless.

Guests also love the peaceful vibe, gated parking, and access to great amenities like the fitness room. Whether you're here to relax, work remotely, or explore LA, our space is designed to feel like your home base—calm, convenient, and just minutes from the beach.
