Penn State RV + Tailgate @ Beaver Stadium

Enjoy a truly unrivaled Penn State Football experience in the Overnight RV lot at Beaver Stadium (ORV Lot). Read below for all of the amazing details that are included!

We are offering a truly unique opportunity to spend the weekend in our 40' Toy Hauler, which has been specifically outfitted for Penn State Football! Your full tailgate is included; all you need to do is show up with your favorite food & beverages and enjoy a memorable weekend at Penn State!

The ORV parking lot is in walkable distance to the stadium.

Our camper is a Keystone Raptor 5th Wheel Toy Hauler which measures over 40 feet long and has 3 slide-outs. This creates over 300sq ft of living space.

Your weekend will be spent in the ORV lot, a short 0.4 mile walk to Beaver Stadium.

For sleeping, there are (4) queen beds complete with all linens & pillows.

The master bedroom has a queen with large closets & drawers.

There is a queen loft that is accessible from the kitchen.

Two queen bunk beds are found in the rear of the camper. Please be aware that 2 of the 4 queen beds do require climbing a ladder to get into.

Best of all, you can avoid the busy porta-pot lines as this camper is outfitted with 2 bathrooms!

We will have all water & propane tanks full & ready for you as well. We also include 1 car parking pass, good for Friday through Sunday.

- (2) 6' tables and (2) cocktail tables with linens
- (1) 8' picnic table
- (3) outdoor and (2) indoor TVs, all equipped with a YoutubeTV subscription (or sign into your own streaming services using Starlink Wifi)
- Soundbar w/ subwoofer for outdoor TV
- JBL Partybox for outdoor music
- 36" Blackstone griddle with utensils
- Full size propane grill
- Outdoor seating for 8
- Propane fire pit w/ full tank (Extra tank provided for November games)
- Digital score ticker to keep you updated on other games
- Outdoor string lights throughout all canopies

Perfect

Our family just had the most wonderful experience at PSU. We decided to rent instead of bringing all of our tables, chairs and grills to tailgate and the experience could not have been easier. The owner has thought of absolutely everything you could need to make your stay and tailgate perfect. He was so accommodating and helpful. 10/10!!!

Best way to experience a Tailgate at PSU

There are really no words to describe how amazing this experience was for our family. We had promised our Senior daughter that we would throw her a tailgate at some time during her college experience at Penn State. SO we chose the PSU/Ohio State game. Jason and Amy were absolutely one of the best hosts we have ever experienced. The set up was amazing and their arrangement to meet us to bring all the stuff we brought with us for cooking etc. was spot on brilliant. The space was perfect for 9 or 10 people (and honestly two months ago we spent my husbands birthday at Airelles at Versailles for a significantly higher price) and it was my 55th birthday - our hosts were next door if we needed help - which we did not but they also included us in a lot of their amazing activities with their friends - Seriously my children (25, 23 and 21) all said one of their best weekends ever. I would totally recommend this experience to anyone - one of our best family weekends ever and Jason and Amy really made it all incredibly special and perfect.

Over the years our family has grown to include our 3 boys and countless friends that we've made in the ORV lots -- creating incredible memories every fall. We feel uniquely qualified to offer you our tailgate expertise and help you create those same memories!

Tailgating & camping for a weekend in a field with no utilities or hookups can present challenges; we have overcome all of them & look forward to sharing our experience with you!
