Place was not ready for us, did not look occupied for quite some time. Was filthy and a mess. Water not working in some areas of the property and sparking outlets. Pure disaster! No communication with owners despite several attempts and avenues of the day of our stay until after we were on site.

While the owner was very polite, prompt, and quick to respond when we reached out, that was unfortunately the only positiveaspect of our stay.The house was in very terrible condition regarding cleanliness. There were cobwebs, spiderwebs, and dead bugs throughout theinterior of the house, including on the kitchen countertops, dining table andchairs, and all over the floors. To make matters worse, when we went to use thecoffee maker, the water tank contained dirty water with what looked like a deadbug floating inside.On the morning of our second day, the water stopped working entirely. Managing without running water with four young children while trying to use the bathroom and prepare breakfast was a major disruption to our stay.Although the owner came over quickly to fix the water issue after we called,the overall lack of cleanliness and initial water failure made our stay very uncomfortable. We would not stay here again.

It is really a very nice house. Coffee pot was dirty, few towels, and one had paint on it. Spiders everywhere - including the bed. Shower needed scrubbing. New carpeting and painted recently, but needs much better house cleaning.
