Inside, discover a fully equipped and updated kitchen boasting sleek stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplash & elegant granite countertops! – a chef's delight for preparing delicious meals after a day of seaside adventures. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My overall stay at this place was wonderful. The keypad to get in the door was a little tricky most of the time. Also, the kitchen chairs were unstable. But other than that, everything was excellent.

Perfect location!

Nice property and ideal location. It was just a short walk to all our favorite restaurants and right across from the beach access trail. Could not have asked for a better spot!

Family Fall Break Getaway

We wanted a convenient location near the beach and easy to get to from the city. This property had everything we needed! Clean, plenty of sleeping space, quick access to the beach and easy check in and checkout. The pier access was wonderful and the kids enjoyed the pool! Highly reccomend and will book again next time in the area!

Great spot by the ocean!

Beautiful condo with super easy access to all of the town. Walking to the beach takes about 5 min. Same for all the restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the grocery was a great benefit too.

Close to everything

Clean, pretty well equipped location close to beach and IOP restaurants. First experience with Island Reality - would use them again. They were great with communication. Would rent this property again.

Great spot. Updated condo. 2 bathrooms were key.

We really enjoyed the condo at the beach compared to staying at the hotel in town. Nicely updated floors and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. 2 suggestions: extra towels and towel bars, and a bureau to put clothes away. But we’re glad we chose to stay here.

Escaping the MN WInter

Great location near the ocean, nice accommadations, easy access to many tourist destinations and the city of Charleston. Never needed to touch base with management as everything was as described and instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Would definetly recommend.

Place was great, accommodating. Criticisms include: Internet was a bit iffy. Floors were sandy as were beds. Carpet on porch was pretty gross. Not enough trash bags. And as we were leaving a cockroach crawled out from the cabinet where the pans were as we went to cook eggs.

We’re sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns you mentioned and are addressing them with our housekeeping team to ensure floors and outdoor areas like the porch carpet are given extra attention moving forward. While we do provide a starter supply of items such as trash bags and toiletries, we understand this can catch guests off guard and will continue working to better communicate that ahead of time. We’ve also alerted our pest control service about the roach sighting, as that is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother and even more enjoyable stay!

Nice condo

Clean, well stocked condo within walking distance of the beach, fishing pier, shops & restaurants. A very nice grocery store and liquor store is also within walking distance. The pool at sea cabins was a little nicer than the pool with this condo and I think it should’ve been easier to use both. My only complaint; no in-condo laundry, but I knew that ahead of time and sent everything out to the close by laundromat for washing. Overall a very nice stay.

Thank you for taking the time to send us a review. The Oceanside Villas are allowed to use the private pier and the beach accesses in the Sea Cabins parking lot. Guests have access the laundry facilities there as well. Unfortunately this does not include access to the Sea Cabin pool. We appreciate the suggestion and will share this with the Oceanside HOA. Bed in MBR was VERY comfortable and the only apartment in this area I could find with a king size bed, plenty of towels provided and everything appeared to be in working order. We didn't cook, but there were plenty of dishes and silverware. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and convenient

The condo was very clean and overlooked the pool. It really was a quick walk to the beach, crossing the street with a small child and beach supplies was no issue. I saw some reviews complained of the traffic crossing the street. We did not have that issue crossing at the designated crosswalks of course. The only negative is you are right by public access so the beach was packed. Not the IOP we are used to, so while the condo was great and location was great, we prefer just a bit less of the hustle and bustle. Still great pool and beautiful beach!

Called ahead to get in early & the person said that would help them and marked it down (the last person had checked out on Wednesday. We were arriving Saturday). Got there at 1230 but said wasn't inspected. Didn't get "inspected" till 2pm. But then we arrived there was 3 light bulbs out in the master bathroom and underwear left in the nightstand so not sure what was inspected. Oceanside 205B was a very nice condo. Not far at all from beach. Only thing wish was washer & dryer. Would have paid more if had it. Spent bout half that at the Sea Cabin laundromat. Great place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was in good condition and clean, a couple issues I would like to address are the water doesn’t drain from tub so with two small children it was a major inconvenience and one of the bedrooms has no dresser, just small nightstand, we were forced to live out of suitcase all week, which wasn’t ideal. Also one set of towels was annoying considering they don’t dry well in the heat, we were forced to buy more from Target. We also wish there were smart tv’s so kids could watch movies once inside during breaks from sun. Otherwise location and convenience were very good.
