The Space:

Newly renovated in 2023 - this tastefully decorated, charming, 980-square-foot condo sits mere steps from the ocean beach and fabulous shopping and dining in downtown Isle of Palms! Enjoy a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and soak up the sunshine. Access a private fishing pier next door. This condo is in Isle of Palm’s prime location, across from the ocean and near many local restaurants! This condo has a full, well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while the spacious living room and bedrooms come with 55-inch smart TVs with cable.



This condo is just a few steps from the Seven-Mile Front Beach and only blocks from groceries and other specialty stores. The Isle of Palms Marina is only slightly over two miles east, while downtown Charleston - with its world-class restaurants and rich culture and history - is just 14 miles west. The Isle of Palms County Park is also right across the road, offering a playground, umbrella rentals, grills, and a sand volleyball court.

Our stay was excellent with the exception of the entry codes to our room and the code for beach/pool access. The entry code to our room was overly long (10 digits) and wouldn't work. We were given prompt assistance and a new code that did work (only 4 digits). The entry code to access the beach stopped working two days before our departure and we had to use a code graciously given to us by a fellow resident. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Beautiful Condo on IOP

This is a beautiful condo with a great location! Very clean, walking distance to beach and restaurants! There were two issues, the code did not work to enter the unit on the door lock. It was almost an hour to get a hold of someone to help us get into the condo. The air conditioning also did not work. It is hard to get a hold of the property manager.

Family time made easy - perfect location to beach and restaurants on IOP. Quiet and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Spring Break

Overall, we were very happy with the condo. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We were very disappointed with the pool not be open as advertised. When I chose a condo for my family and I to stay in, it was very important that a pool was available and it stated that there is pool access from April-September. We arrived on April 14th and the pool was still closed which was extremely disappointing for my two children.

What a great condo and location!

212C is beautifully decorated, clean and located close to the beach and near the town center. We had an issue with the main television while we were there and the Vacasa management replaced it in less than an hour! This was our second stay here and we’ll be back!

Lovely Condo

LOVED the condo. Everything is brand new and the decor is modern and beachy. The owners did a fabulous job. Right across the street from the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants. The condo was immaculately clean. Only thought was to have more kitchen towels available. If there were some, we did not find them. Would totally stay here again.

Very pleased with layout of condo. Did have problems with one toilet did convey problem. We had to hand fill tank at times. Sister said getting into tub for shower could of used a hand bar. We came for Navy Nuke Graduation so was very c convenient to USS Yorktown

Came down on a weekend between a two week SCFA class. Myself and another from my department stayed. Property very clean and up to date. Will definitely look at using again in the future. 10/10

Great Spot but Needs Some Work

Overall, very nice place. Clean for the most part - baseboards in bathrooms were dusty/dirty. Found a dirty skillet shoved in a drawer that had been used by previous renters, but no fault of owners. Towels were very small and thin, so you might want to bring your own. Lacking towel bars in the bathrooms, so we hung them outside. With that said, we’d stay again.

Exactly what we needed!

The condo had everything we needed! It is centrally located, so beach, restaurants and stores are an easy walk. The immediate views are not fantastic, but the beach is a block away! Everything inside was comfortable and thoughtful. Will book again!

Perfect Spot

This unit is in an older complex, but it has been renovated nicely. It had everything we needed in a prime location. So glad we chose to stay here.

Beautiful property great location

We loved the property overall, our check in experience was not very satisfactory. Upon arrival we were not able to get into the property until 4:15, not that big of a deal. Once we did grain access the unit the unit had bit yet been cleaned and we had to wait until almost six for the unit to be ready, and when we went in there the old lines were left in the table in the hallway. After check in everything was wonderful, the unit was updated beautifully and it was in a great location to everything you would want for a beach vacation.

GREAT LOCATION

The location of the property is at the end of the road, which allowed us to avoid a lot of the boardwalk beach traffic. There is also a park right across the street. The kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING; no need to bring anything but food! The quiet time hours are spot on; the pool was cleared out every night by 10pm. The only item that would make the property even better is if it had a washer and dryer in the room or on the property; the property across the street is where the laundry services were located; which is also where the pier entrance is located. Definitely will make a plan to go back!

Had a wonderful time staying in this condo! VERY clean and super close to the beach.

This condo was great for our family of four. Super close to the beach and had a great little pool my kids loved to swim in too. It was a very clean and nice condo with updated kitchen and baths. Beds were very comfy too! The only thing I would recommend is if you are going to stay here bring your own bath towels. They one give you one per person and they are tiny. Other than that it was perfect! would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay at the IOP.
