The size and location of the home was great for a couple of families - close to downtown and Cranmore resort. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious with 2 bedrooms on 1st floor and 2 on lower level. There was an issue with the heat and hot water but the host was very responsive and had someone out the next day to look at it. The game room was great having a separate space but was a bit colder likely due to being in a converted garage.

A clean well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood near to town. We stayed with our dog and were very pleased with all aspects of our vacation. Nice extra was the large hot tub. Definitely recommend this property.

Perfect amount and type of space for 4 couples to gather to make some meals and enjoy them together (the kitchen was perfect for this!), relax, enjoy the game room, go for walks, and just be. Easy walk to downtown was great! The hot tub was very clean and was a great way to relax following fun days spent golfing, hiking, and enjoying some nice walks sprinkled with a little shopping. We want to go back during ski season; this is a perfect place for families and friends while taking in the Whites!

Great bedrooms close to storyland

Great for family 4 coupkes had own bedrooms with all queen beds which is hard to find. Then separate bedroom for kids with bunk and double bed. Hot tub and walking distance to downtown North Conway and 10 min from storyland.

Great location, close to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were good sized and the family enjoyed the game room & hot tub!

Kerri was great to work with, always quick to respond and very helpful. The house was the perfect size for our group of 12. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable, something you don’t always get with a rental. We loved the deck and made great use of it. While I didn’t go in the hot tub, several others did and had a great time. Our only complaint was the AC didn’t work. My son in law is an HVAC supervisor so we know the unit was turned on correctly and Kerri did attempt to help us but it never worked. Other than that, the property was perfect for all of us. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown. Because it was peak season, the traffic was insane but Kerri gave us a route to take that avoided most of the traffic.
