Nestled in the rolling hills, our farm offers a private oasis with no neighbors in sight, allowing you to truly disconnect and unwind. Experience the star-filled night sky free from any light pollution, and fall asleep to the peaceful sounds of the countryside with nothing but the bullfrogs to disturb you.
Explore our two stocked ponds, perfect for fishing or simply relaxing by the water's edge.
The farmhouse features a spacious living room with 2 sofa beds, providing additional space for guests to unwind. Complete with AC and heating, this home ensures a comfortable stay year-round. Enjoy all that Flatgap has to offer when you stay at our place, including a short 20 minute drive to Paintsville Lake.

An Appalachian Treasure!

This property is absolutely stunning and the host went above and beyond to make sure every detail was in place before we arrived— down to the new indoor water filtration system. So much to explore right outside the front door and the most peaceful morning cups of coffee out on the deck. Our kids even got a nice little treat by waking up to deer right outside their bedroom window. Super cool! We cannot wait to re-book with Morgan during our next trip to Kentucky. Don’t sleep on Ghillie Dhu!
