It offers a wide range of shopping centers, restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, and cafés specializing in Colombian coffee. Additionally, its proximity to the city center, Monserrate Hill, and Plaza de Bolívar makes it a prime location for exploration.

The studio apartment is truly complete. It features a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and storing food. The bed has a comfortable queen-size mattress, and the 55" Smart TV allows you to connect to our Netflix account, as well as offering national and international channels. There is also a double sofa bed, providing space for a third and fourth guest. The loft includes a desk and chair for work, as well as a bar and stools for dining. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped. To enjoy some fresh air, the apartment also has a small balcony.
