Orra Marina is located in Dubai Marina, near the DMCC Metro Station. It's 30 30-minute drive to Dubai International Airport, 15 15-minute drive to Palm Jumeirah, 20 Minutes to Dubai Mall and 8 Minutes to IBN Batuta Mall. It's also 15 minutes walk to JBR Beach Walk and 8 minutes to Bluewaters Island.
Around the area, you can enjoy the marina water by walking around Marina Walk or renting bikes and scooters. If you're feeling adventurous, you can try Zip-Lining across Marina Buildings.
There is a variety of restaurants with different cuisines around the Marina Walk Area; the nearest restaurant is a 2-minute walk from the Building; it's an Asian Fusion restaurant - Kooya

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
