This stunning 38m² studio apartment on the 4th floor is accessible by lift and designed with an open-plan living and sleeping area. It's elegantly furnished and well-maintained, featuring an armchair, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

Step out onto the balcony, furnished with seating perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The modern kitchen has essential appliances, cookware and cutlery to meet all your cooking needs. Additionally, a washer is available for your laundry.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that the rooftop swimming pool is under maintenance, but the ground-floor swimming pool is open. The rooftop pool will be available to use after a month. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in apartment buildings or the surrounding areas. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city's dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool, and the gym.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Sparkle Tower has direct access to Marina Walk, where you can enjoy the Marina breeze and restaurants surrounding Marina Walk, and you can also have a quick beach getaway in JBR, within walking distance from the building. It is 23 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, 15 Minutes to Palm Jumeirah, and 7 Minutes to Dubai Marina Mall. And a 5-10 Minutes walk to JBR Beach.

There is a pharmacy and grocery store on the ground level of the building.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, DMCC, is just a 19-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 23 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 27 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 27 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 19 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
