This beautifully renovated condo has been completely redesigned from top to bottom, combining relaxed coastal charm with modern comfort. The bright, stylish interior features upgraded furnishings, elegant wall paneling, full-length mirrors, and high-end lighting that create an inviting living space. The kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry, delivering both functionality and a sleek contemporary feel.

Coffee lovers will appreciate the option of both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig that can brew with K-Cups or ground coffee, perfect for any preference. Step out onto the deck with comfortable seating to enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in peaceful sunset views from Building C overlooking the pier.

Under new ownership in 2026, the condo has undergone a complete renovation and full refresh, with all furnishings, finishes, and fixtures updated to ensure a comfortable and modern stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property needs help. Mold in the bathroom, doors not installed properly, we were miserable all week with no AC. We knew the roof was being done, but they failed to inform us of no AC. We were told Wednesday we would have AC, then Thursday...never got it.

We want to clarify that we were very transparent prior to your arrival and had multiple conversations regarding the temporary lack of AC in the unit, and you chose to proceed with the stay since the rest of your group was staying within the complex. We also offered to provide a portable AC unit, which was declined due to concerns about blocking balcony access. The AC system was reinstalled and fully operational the day you chose to depart early. Additionally, the condo underwent a full renovation at the beginning of the year, and we have thoroughly reviewed your comments and found no evidence of mold or issues with improperly installed doors—all systems and features are functioning as intended. We hope to welcome you back to the island next year for a more smooth experience.

Such a great little rental!

We had a great time staying at Sea Cabins! Everything we needed (me, my husband and our sons - 6 and 9). The boys loved the bunk beds! Clean, affordable and steps from the beach and everything IOP has to offer! Will definitely be back!

Cute Place

Very clean, cute little place. Accurately described. Great location to walk to shops and the beach. The complex itself is in need of some renovations and the public beach access is right next to the complex so the beach there does get very crowded. Our place was perfect for a 4 night stay but we definitely couldn't stay longer with the size. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall a good stay in Folly

This property was clean and highly convenient. The one real issue is the beds in this unit need replacing. Do not plan on sleeping on the pullout couch. Outside of sleeping issues, very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect location! I loved being right on the beach. The condo was cozy and clean. Beach access, parking, pier access! Wonderful amenities. The only issue was noise. Walls are thin and there was work being done in the unit above. Thankfully, no noise issues at bedtime!

When we first arrived and opened the door we smelled what we thought was mold, but that quickly dissipated and we never smelled it again. The unit was definitely clean and well-furnished. And the location is fantastic, with wonderful views of the beach and sunrises. We'll definitely come again!

However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Also, the bathroom shower faucet was installed incorrectly and you could only get various degrees of hot water or cold water. If these problems were corrected I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Realty was great to work with. The condo was partially renovated. The living room/kitchen area was nice. The bathroom is in need of major repair. The paint is peeling, walls are cracked, the door knob is unusable from the bedroom side, the toliet squeals, the floor is coming up and the shower head can't be moved without messing the wall up further. I most likely would not return to this particular cabin but I would rent with Island Realty and I would try another sea cabin.
