Upgraded Oceanfront Condo with Private Balcony

1st Floor Oceanfront condo that offers a modern beachside condo feel and is the perfect blend of comfort and style for your beachfront getaway! This condo offers a bright and cozy living area with a plush leather reclining sofa and a large 40” TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table or breakfast bar! Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! The cozy bedroom provides a restful retreat with a comfortable bed and beach-themed decor.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Bedroom #1: a Queen bed is in the bedroom.
Bed #2: (1) Murphey bed is in the hallway near the bedroom and entrance.
Bed #3: The couch in the living room does recline and can be used as a bed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa was very nice. View was amazing. To much Marijuana smoking in the rooms on both sides. So that ruined our outdoor balcony use. Also had cops there several nights? And had some one come up from under the front stairs deficating and half naked. So over all,not sure we will be back.

First time visit

The overall beach theme of the unit was very nice and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, very thoughtful. We did not however realize how small it was, especially the bedroom and closet. We were in town to visit our granddaughter, who is interning in Charleston. I know the listing said one parking pass, we were hoping they would let us have one for her. She had to pay for parking her car. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we will not hesitate to go through them again.

Island Realty attempted 3 times to no avail and requested owner to address this issue. After that, we heard from no one. On the positive , we enjoyed the comfortable recliner sofa.

Not suitable for teenagers

Very nice place but the condo is extremely small. The pictures make it bigger than what it actually is. The area is more of a party strip definitely not suitable for teenagers. The condo did not lock from the inside, we did not feel safe so we had to put some chairs in front of the door. The pool was a nice touch. If your looking for food you need to be prepared for a 2 hour wait. Not much to choose from. We did a lot of door dashing or walked to circle K. Overall I give it a 4 stars. Just come if it's you and your partner. Not kid friendly.

Great Condo

Enjoyed staying here. Bed was comfy, appliances were nice and great view of the water. The outside hightop table and chairs were very nice! Wish the parking pass would have been left in the condo instead of having to check-in at the office but, the office is close. I would stay here again.

It was well supplied with paper products, had plenty of lighting and was very clean. We had no problems with the anything in the condo and the check in/out process could not have been easier. It does have a larger twin hideaway bed if a third person (child) needed it, but I feel like this is really set up for just two people. Parking was excellent, but moving luggage etc. was a little inconvenient. We would definitely revisit this unit again. Many restaurants were within very close walking distance.

Very clean property. Has everything you would need on vacation. Beach, restaurants and shops are only a few mins walk. 20-25 min to Charleston. Would recommend this property

Code Rader messed up at pool and everyone came in.Again, room was good but amenities were a disappointment. Not a quiet/relaxing getaway like it used to be.Myrtle beach like now.

Cleanliness is a key factor for me when vacationing. The beach was perfect however very crowded on the weekend. Only drawback. No umbrellas at the pool area foe shade seekers. Lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Pool bathrooms were very poor in the cleanliness area. Please try and improve upon the pool area for this resort . 😊
