Enjoy the best of both worlds with direct access to the beach, pool, and pier-access, all within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Ocean Blvd. Our modern, eco-friendly amenities ensure a comfortable and sustainable stay, making every moment memorable. The spacious and cozy bedroom with a brand-new King-size mattress, Smart TV (+ cable), and ample storage for all your vacation essentials. The condo includes a spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, new vanity with granite countertop, new flooring, and all-new fixtures.

The stylish and modernized living space includes a 55" Smart TV (+ cable), a full-sized sofa bed, and a built-in desk with USB ports. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized stainless-steel appliances, brand new cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash, and updated hardware. The kitchen should hold everything needed for your dinner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always Island Realty is the best. The property could use a bit of an upgrade especially the couch. It's terrible for sleeping. The sofa bed is very hard to get set up and very uncomfortable. I've stayed in this property for two years and it has been the same.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very outdated! It needs serious attention and Island Realty should consider taking it off their rental program if the owners are not willing to upgrade some items. The couch is old, broken down, and disgusting. The mattress is old and VERY uncomfortable. The carpet is old and disgusting. We also found a marijuana roach on the bookshelf, so the unit was obviously not cleaned well. Island Realty was notified.We have been coming to IOP for 29 years. This is one of the worst units we have ever stayed in. Do your research on the units and trust the reviews! I had seen previous reviews but didn't think it could be that bad. Think again!

Location, location, location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property could certainly use some updating. Carpets were stained and had a good bit of wear. Refrigerator freezer compartment had rusted shelving. Outside door was worn and cracked. One of the chairs on the balcony had a seat that was so stretched and worn that it should have been thrown out. Couch was a sleeper sofa and it was pretty much sunk in.For the positives it is on the first floor and you still have a view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach and pool as well as the laundry facility. All of the appliances worked and there were adequate kitchen utensils for us. The condo was clean.
