• Located in a charming 8-unit building in Portland’s Alphabet District
• Private entry up one flight of exterior stairs to the main living space, no one is above this unit
• Main level features a cozy living room with Smart TV and original wood floors
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, full-size fridge, microwave, and Keurig
• One queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main level
• Upstairs includes two additional bedrooms:
– One with a queen bed
– One with two twin beds—ideal for kids or friends
