Summary:

Lower 2BR/1BA duplex home in Buckman for up to 4 guests, with two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, a private smart-lock entrance, and exterior stair access.



The Space:

This is the separate lower/basement home in a duplex. Both queen bedrooms are included. The entrance is reached by an exterior flight of stairs along the left side of the house. Guests may hear footsteps and other normal living noise from the home above. The home has electric heat. A/C and guest laundry are not currently advertised or guaranteed while their physical setup and access are being verified.



Guest Access:

Follow the left-side path, go down the exterior stairs, and turn right at the back for the lower entrance. Use the reservation-specific smart-lock code. Do not use the upper front door. There is no in-unit laundry and the separate storage/laundry room is not included unless the hosting team explicitly confirms access for the stay.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in Portland's Buckman neighborhood, near the Belmont and Hawthorne corridors. Restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, transit, and bike-share are available in the surrounding area.



Getting Around:

TriMet bus service, bike routes, bike-share, rideshare, and street parking are available nearby. Check current maps, schedules, travel times, and posted parking restrictions for your trip.



Other Things to Note:

Exterior stairs are required. This is the lower home in a duplex and normal noise from upstairs may be audible. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Public curb parking only; availability and restrictions vary. The TV supports streaming with guest accounts. Dogs are allowed for $99 per dog, maximum 2, and must be declared before arrival.
