It was a very spacious one bedroom with a big kitchen and bathroom. It was great to have access to laundry facilities. A great location for walking downtown and near the water.

Lovely place close to waterfront, Confederation Trail, shops and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place. Owner was very prompt with replies snd check in was straightforward and easy. Loved it!

Great accommodations. Very close to downtown and waterfront. Lots of things that made our stay more comfortable, including a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Loved the red flowers in the window boxes.

Loved everything about our sparkling Charlottetown accommodation. Unit was impeccably neat, tidy and clean. Location was phenomenal, with parking provided in the rear. We were steps from so many local attractions and eateries, and watched the cruise ships arrive and depart throughout our stay. It was an excellent place to call ‘home’ during our stay on the Island. We were sorry to depart at the end of our stay as we know we will not find anything comparable elsewhere, and are already contemplating returning in the future. Highly recommend to anyone planning a visit to Charlottetown.

Location is great, apartment well layed out. The downside was terrible smell from the refrigerator - very bad smell of rotten meat. And clouds of fruit flies attacking any food left in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our time here. The property is well cared for, comfortable, and conveniently set up for guests. The host made the process simple and stress-free. The host also provided many good local recommendations during conversation and also provided many paper sources about the area. The location is awesome for exploring Charlottetown. With the included parking space, you can leave your vehicle since everything is within walking distance. We would happily stay again and would definitely recommend.

Property offered all mod cons in a superbly easy-to-find Downtown location. Two Cows ice cream locations within walking distance! Perfect for two people.

A lovely, modern apartment one block from the waterfront. A Walking tour of old Charlottetown can be done right from the apartment. We were disappointed that we had not been told in advance that we couldn’t bring seafood into the apartment. Thank you for the host gifts-very thoughtful.

Stayed here 4 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend and it was great. Fantastic location right downtown, across the street from Confederation Park, lots of places to walk too and great food and drink nearby. Just a few doors down from one of my favorite PEI restaurants, the Water Prince Corner Restaurant. The rental space was very clean and just as described. The bed was clean and comfortable. I did not meet the hosts, but didn't need too. For the few questions I had, they responded quickly each time. I would definetly stay here again.

The Unit is in a GREAT location close to the 'main street' and lots of restaurants and amenities. The kitchen had lots of equipment and utensils and had coffee (which is rare) but the sitting area was strangely furnished and the chairs and couch were not very comfortable, the TV (there was only one) was small, the room was not very well decorated and the lighting was bit 'harsh'. That said, we DID like the place as the location could not be better but with a bit of effort and a bit of expenditure it could really be MUCH nicer.

Laurie was wonderful to communicate with. Everything was lovely and the place was very clean. Whenever we had a question she would answer right away. We were in the heart of things and close to everything we wanted to go to and see. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a perfect location to walk throughout Charlottetown- near the waterfront, near Queen Street with restaurants, and near Victorian neighborhoods. The nice enclosed patio was nice too. Comfortable furniture.

First experience

It was my first time with HomeAway. I thought the coffee would be offered. There is no grocery store at a walking distance so I would recommand to bring a minimun. Laurie was really helpful. Location is great. Really close to the water.

We were sorry to read there was no coffee in the suite, Jasmine. We do provide it to use in the drip coffee maker that is in the suite. We would have happily replenished the coffee had we known. There is a convenience store on Queen St. about 10 mins. away by foot and Sobeys/ Superstore/Loblaws about 20 mins away by foot. Great to meet you and have a terrific autumn! Laurie

Our property is in Olde Charlottetown's unique historic district. Surrounded by heritage properties, our property is quiet & peaceful but a mere 10 minutes by foot to Queen Street where cafes, pubs, restos & entertainment are. The waterfront & the boardwalk are two minutes away by foot. A real gem location & property.

Our heritage property was built in 1872! Not long after the Fathers of Confederation met in Charlottetown in 1867. This character building still has the original wood floors in the suites, high ceilings & claw foot bath tubs. Come experience some of our east coast history.
