Exterior: Enjoy a bonfire in the backyard under the strung lights or sit on the back porch.



The Space:

As you walk into the home from the front door, you'll be enveloped in a sea of natural light coming from the windows of the kitchen, living room and breakfast nook area (seating for 4). There is a half bath off of the fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2, as well as the door leading to the basement where the washer and dryer are located.

The second floor has a full bathroom, with a tub and showering essentials, as well as 3 bedrooms. Bedroom number one is a queen size bed, bedroom number 2 is a king size bed (also has a desk/workspace) and bedroom number 3 has a queen size bed. The third floor has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own TV.

Step outside the back door off of the breakfast nook and have your morning coffee on the back porch. At night enjoy toasting marshmallows over the fire pit.



Guest Access:

There is a keyless entry on the front door. Guests are given a unique code within 72 hours of checking in.

Guests will have access to the entire property, besides 2 locked storage closets.. There is driveway parking, street parking and a 1 car garage.
