Didn’t realize there were a number of stairs, our ages are 78,76, and 70. House was clean , kitchen needs more cooking pans. Beds were comfortable.

Overall we had a good stay. We were travelling to Cleveland for a couple days with our grown children and just needed a place to sleep. The home is an older home but there are some improvements/updates that have been made to the property. Checkin was easy and everything we needed was provided for us.

We enjoyed the location near Cain Park, the walkability of the neighborhood, the size and the off street parking. Things that need to be done to improve the listing -Listing did not say that there were 3 floors and that the bedrooms and bath were on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Things that need to be done to make the property more comfortable and safe for guests:- provide banister/handrail on stairs that meets code-provide information at the unit where to find light bulbs, how to use appliances and where dishes are stored. -make sure all outlets are working (the one next to the sink on the right of the sink was not working at all).-make sure all the lamps are working and have working bulbs.-clean under the bed and the cobwebs in the window sills-provide tables with lamps on both sides of beds for reading comfort-provide more usable skillets in kitchen

3 travelers in town for a concert at Huntington Field. The place was clean. In a very nice area. 25 minute uber ride to the venue. The place had everything we needed. We all had our own beds. Would definitely recommend

We decided to check out two days earlier than planned because we realized the property wasn’t the right fit for our family, particularly with our 4-year-old.While we understand the home has an older character, we found that its overall condition and lack of some of the modern conveniences we were expecting made it difficult to comfortably and safely accommodate a young child. We recognize that other guests may appreciate the home’s style, but it didn’t meet our family’s needs.

This house was perfect for us. Nice and clean roomie close to our daughter who is going to school nearby. Close to all shops. Very cozy. Looking forward to hopefully renting again when she graduates next year.

Kitchen was small and organized with utensils. AC was properly working fine but the hitting system was old and made noise overnight. The entire house was old and stairs made noise sound when i walked. I wouldn't choose this one again ever.

Wonderful Stay

Making a cross country trip to Montana from Vermont and it was a nice place to crash for a night. Plenty of linens and towels for all guests.

Comfortable stay

Check in was smooth and there was sufficient parking. The house was nice with good amenities. It is old and creaky with lots of stairs, which we did not mind, but others might.
