Regarding the washer, prior to check-in we communicated that the original washing machine had been replaced with a temporary washer. The temporary washer was available during the stay and was fully operational and functioning properly.

We did our best to accommodate your concerns as quickly as possible, but your stay ended shortly after the issue was reported, limiting our ability to resolve it while you were still in the unit.
