The Space:

As you enter Villa Playa Penca, you'll be greeted by beautiful ocean views in a spacious living room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to a balcony that stretches the length of the villa, providing stunning views and ample space for relaxation. The hardwood dining table offers magnificent vistas of Potrero and Flamingo Beaches, creating a true paradise experience.



The modern kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a spacious granite island, is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. Enjoy the option of having a private chef, arranged by your concierge, for a special dining experience.



The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms. The main floor master boasts ocean views, while the lower floor features a second master with a large balcony and a third bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom offers ample closet space and stunning ocean vistas.



Please note: While this home is a popular vacation rental, it is not recommended for guests with limited mobility due to stairs inside the unit and to the ocean-view infinity pool.

The area offers a variety of activities, including surfing, fishing, golf, boating, rafting, scuba diving, sailing, zip-line canopy tours, casinos, and swimming.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
