Welcome to Casa del Sol 25, a tropical oasis 250 meters from the gorgeous Playa Penca, featuring a two-bedroom, two-bath condo. This property boasts a large pool surrounded by lush gardens and is conveniently located just a short walk from beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and shopping. The property is only one hour west of Liberia Airport, making your arrival and departure seamless and includes gated 24 hour security. The location is also close to neighboring beaches (Playa Potrero, Flamingo, Dantita), ocean activities, adventure parks and is a convenient base to explore the amazing nature and activities Guanacaste has to offer.
The Space:
This property features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for six. The living room includes a sectional couch and a TV for your enjoyment, with the couch also opening into a sofa bed to accommodate an additional two guests.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample closet space for your convenience. The unit’s patio has a large dining table for 6 and hammock.
