We welcome you to our breathtaking Tropical Luxury Oasis. Newly build, stand alone house with 10ft ceilings will give you all the necessities for your vacation and comfort. Pool and Jacuzzi will cool you off from California heat. Outdoor full kitchen and BBQ area will bring all the guests together for some amazing time & food. After sunset the best decision will be to chill around the underground fire pit next to the magnificent waterfall. There is much much more, but lets leave that for you to discover. With 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed, there's plenty of room for everyone. The house features convenient amenities like a washing machine, heating, hair dryer, WiFi, iron, and AC. You'll also find 3 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers. Plus, there's an additional living room with a sofa bed for extra space. Enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer when you stay at our place. There is exterior cameras all around the house and cigarette smoke detectors inside the house.
Extra charges apply for the following
*No visitors
*Additional guests after 10 people will be charged extra $100 for each day !(if agreed with the owner before the reservation, otherwise reservation could be cancelled immediately without refund)
*No smoking ANYTHING inside the house (marijuana & vapes included), subject to a $500 daily fee. (smoke detectors on property)
Smoking outdoors is allowed as long as the smell does not go inside the house.
*Trash fee of $100 for each large bag and $50 for each small bag of trash left anywhere other then the black trash bin provided at the property.
*Extra fees apply for leaving trash on property, the $ amount to be determined thereafter. We do $100 charge for each additional hour of late check out and we also charge for missing keys and missing gate remote.

* Please take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
* Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
* Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
* Please do your dishes & leave them in the dishwasher.
* No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
* Please keep the pool and jacuzzi clean.
* Pool & jacuzzi is only for swimming purposes and guests are not allowed to put anything inside,No littering of the swimming pool..(no soap, shampoo, food or drinks allowed inside the pool)
* Wet floors are a hazard. Strictly no running in the area. Walk at all times.
* No boisterous or rough play allowed in the swimming pool or relaxation area.
* No unaccompanied children. There must be an adult present at all times. Maintenance crew and the property owner have access to the outdoor area.(maintenance purposes).The only shared place is the parking spaces, furthermore guests will have 3 parking spaces inside and free street parking!
