This downtown loft is ideally located to take advantage of the best Lawrence has to offer. Sitting just a few steps off Massachusetts St., it is a walker’s paradise, around the corner from some of the best restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, fashion retailers and nightlife in Lawrence. You're also less than a mile to KU campus, Memorial Stadium and just a bit over two miles to Allen Fieldhouse. Enjoy the sunrise from your balcony or move down to the terrace which has a BBQ grill, fireplace, Jacuzzi and ample seating for lounging.

The bed was so comfy and location is primo! Walls are pretty thin so the ear plugs they provided are a must! We will be back in the fall for another stay!

Fantastic location! The condo listing was spot on in describing the features and location. We appreciated detailed check-in info and enjoyed every place we visited among Aaron's dining recommendations. The variety, quality and quantity of tea and coffee were so nice to have on hand (more than enough for our 3 night stay), and the extra toiletries and treats were great. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
