We had a nice stay. The house was clean, well appointed with comfortable places to relax, both inside the home and out. The location is convenient, not far from the airport (which wasn't much of a noise nuisance as i expected), close to a park with walking trails. The game room was fun. The dishwasher and toaster didn't work throughout our stay. We reported this to Sunny Days and they responded timely to the report. Otherwise the rating would have been "Excellent"

Fun weekend house!

We were traveling for a cheer competition. The house was perfect for our 2 families with teenagers. They enjoyed the hot tub, and having space to get ready in the mornings.

Nice house

House was nice, clean and comfortable. House does show its age in some minor ways (missing knob in shower, broken TP holder etc). Beds were a little lumpy, but still comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. You are close to lots of amenities including the airport.

Family of four spring break

Nice quiet location despite being pretty near airport. The house seems to have been used a lot for visitors, with wear and tear showing in a number of places: Master shower had no handle, master bathroom pocket door is sticky and noisy, most of the cutting boards and knives were broken, many of the floorboards are warping and creating gaps between boards. Sunny Days management company was easy to communicate with. Night time pool area is cool to look at with the various colored lights.
