OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

3) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a twin bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room, the second level are the two bedrooms plus a bathroom.

4) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degree.

5) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

6) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

7) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.

Absolutely perfect for our family vacation! This has been our favorite rental by far in the 4 years we’ve been coming to the Shore. Beautifully decorated, great kitchen, comfortable beds, secure parking/building with an elevator for easier unpacking/packing. This unit also offers beautiful breezes & views from all of the balconies, especially for the fireworks! Great location with the boardwalk and beach, just a block & short walk away. Cant wait to come back!

Our recent vacation in the Seaside Heights area was a wonderful experience. The accommodations exceeded all our expectations, particularly the rooms, personal balconies, and rooftop area, which added to our enjoyment. A standout feature of our stay was the secure environment, which provided peace of mind both for us and our vehicle, thanks to the dedicated parking spot. We look forward to returning in the future, as we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our visit.

We have been coming to Seaside from Arizona for the last five years to see family and have stayed at a different property every time. This by far was the most secure property. Loved that all the linens, beach passes and kitchen needs were provided. Beds are very comfortable, and we loved having a television in the bedrooms. The only suggestion I have is a few more bath towels/washcloths and a xtra key fob for entry. We loved the short walk to the beach and the bay and having so many restaurants close by without having to walk to the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication was excellent with property management. I would definitely recommend staying here.
