Buck Run has room for everyone with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This cabin sleeps up to 12 guests with plenty of areas to rest and relax! An upstairs living room and a huge downstairs entertainment room with pool table, sectional and large flat screen TV. This property is handicap accessible with a ramp, full bath and 48” hallways. Outside amenities include onsite parking, hot tub, fire pit, and propane grill! Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons. Book Buck Run now!

Home was very cozy and just as described. Wish it would have had more seating for dinner. Trash was full and at bottom of hill. Had to take trash home with us. The host was totally awesome and very helpful.

The host was great. They were quick to respond and overall helpful. Almost everything in the house was updated and the views were beautiful. The only issue was the kitchen. It wasn’t clean when we arrived. There was sticky stuff on the counters and the floor was dirty. Also, the stove was very outdated and it took forever to cook any food.

Great house to stay in. Everything was clean and updated. Follow the host’s recommendation to drive an SUV or truck as the driveway is long and steep. But the house is great and I would definitely stay here again.

Although noted in the listing, the driveway was more steep than expected and our FWD SUV and mini van initially got stuck. We learned we needed to build momentum to get up the driveway, but was able to navigate it successfully. The place and scenery was worth it though. Host communication was prompt. House was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances (even a blender), untensils, cookware, and dishes for all our needs. The bathrooms were well supplied with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The laundry was easy to use and detergent was supplied. The rec room area was perfect for our family and allowed us to be together without being on top of each other (there were 9 of us). All supplies were quality items. We had one small issue, which the host addressed promptly. Would definitely stay here or another property with this host again.

Great rental. Very clean. Super steep driveway, which is mentioned in the description. It really is no joke! Good rental for group get-away weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect for a large group

It’s not very often that you find a property to rent for a large group that doesn’t break the bank or require one or two people to sleep on a pull-out sofa of some sort. Not only was everyone able to have the privacy of a room and a bed, but the overall space in the house was comfortable and not cramped in the least. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook all of our meals for our group of 10 for the entire week. The beds were comfortable, and the hosts were quick to respond to our questions and needs. When they say they recommend an AWD vehicle for the driveway, they aren’t kidding. Our son almost got stuck trying to get up the steep incline in his Nissan SUV. Once you get the hang of it though, you should be fine. The location is perfect for shopping, hiking all the trails, and even exploring downtown Columbus and Athens. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again should we come back to the area.

Church Life Group Enjoys Their Stay at Buck Run

The property was just as listed. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. We really had a great time being so close to what Hocking Hills has to offer. I will say though that the driveway was a bit challenging without having four wheel drive or putting your car in low due to the loose stone and steepness of the hill. Just realize this and you will be fine. Much appreciated being able to stay at Buck Run

Annual Friends Fall Trip

This house was the perfect fit for our annual friends/children fall trip!! We will definitely be going back! The space is great for children, we had two older children, 3 toddlers and a six month old baby. There was a highchair and toys for the little one! The property was also great to her out and play!

Lovely setting

This property was secluded, peaceful and beautiful. We saw many deer during our 3 night stay. We all loved the amenities and would come back again. I would recommend an AWD vehicle as the driveway is steep, curved and gravel.
