It was very nice and well maintained. The distance from the ocean was great. You could hear the ocean while you slept. The neighborhood was very safe.

Great find!

The condo was just as advertised and a great find in Surfside Beach! It fit our family of 5 perfectly with lots of space for 2 adults, 2 teens, and a grandparent. Fully stocked with all amenities and toiletries and everything you may need. Amazing ocean views and central location. One note- the stairs are a bit of a hike up to the condo and were a bit tricky for a senior citizen (but thats the trade off for a great view and awesome place to stay)

Great location and amenities!!

Just steps from the beach! Loved the ocean view from the deck and the lovely community pool. All linens and necessities were supplied. Great communication with the owner. The master was separated from the other 2 bedrooms which tor us worked well.

Perfect getaway

Kind of a last minute vaca that we were grateful to squeeze in! Owner was super helpful and responsive. Perfect beachfront location. Quiet at this time of the year!! Nice pool area, wish it had chairs but maybe it does during peak season!! Would definitely come bk here again!!

Amazing Week

The best part about this rental is that you don’t even need shoes to get to the beach. It has everything you could imagine, even the beach towels. It made the trip so mush less stressful, not having to worry about everything. The owners answered any questions quickly. I highly recommend this property for families of all ages. It was clean, exactly as represented in the pictures and was totally supported by the owners. 10 out of 10!!! Thanks again!’

Great time

Great layout for family with young kids. We vacation in this area regularly and this is great location and convenient. Beautiful unit! We stayed in this complex before and specifically search for a unit here. Little confused since the previous unit was 2 story townhouse unit and assumed all were. But it worked out great.

Perfect Stay

Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for everything you need in a vacation. Everything you could need for your stay is included, clean fresh linens, towels for the kitchen, pool, beach, all the accompaniments for beach fun, too! Perfect for 6 people stay where you don't feel on top of each other if you need space away. Owners so friendly and communicative to ensure your stay is amazing!! Great place to get away

We had a great time and all we had to bring was ourselves and clothes, everything else was at the condo. On top of that the location was wonderful with a short walk to the beach and great view.

Very Nice

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very good location, close to restaurants and other activities. Very easy to get from the condo to the beach. The condo had everything you need to have a fun vacation at the beach. We definitely would recommend staying with them and we will stay with them again on the future.

Great Place away from the hubbub

We have come to MB many times for baseball and decided this year to forego the “resort” experience with the team…this place in Surfside Beach was perfect. Quiet, on the beach, spacious and beautiful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location & a very clean condo, The only small complaint is the owner has the thermostat locked at 72 degrees, We would've liked the temp a lil cooler. I would stay here again on my next vacation

Amazing property and owner!

"Wow" is all I can say!! First off, the condo was super clean and decorated beautifully. The bedrooms were very nice sizes, with king beds in two rooms. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Towels, linens, and even beach towels were provided. The property also had sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, rafts, a beach wagon, tons of tupperware containers, dishes, pots/pans, koozies, toilet paper, etc. Basically, everything we could possibly need was provided for us. The ONLY (very minor) complaint we had was that the deck furniture was not very comfortable. BUT, the view was amazing, and everything else was so great about the place that it easily made up for that one little thing! As for the property managers, we could not have been happier. Andy responded very quickly to every question I had, and let us into the condo earlier than expected. It was clear that he was willing to do everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun. The little "extras" like digital clocks in the bedrooms, deodorizer sprays and nice soaps in the bathrooms, and clean quilts on every bed were appreciated, and it made the place top notch. All in all, we had a great week - so great that we already booked the condo for next year! Thank you to Andy and Cheri!

My wife and I got married and wanted to buy a place on the ocean. During the non-rental season, my wife Cheri and our 9-year-old daughter Anna enjoy the great views of the oceanfront balcony and the private pool. We have lived in Surfside Beach for the past 15 years and love the safe and relaxing atmosphere!

My wife and I always wanted a place on the ocean. We name the place THE BEACH as it is a relaxing place to spend time with loved ones and great friends, all done without work shoes :)

この宿泊施設の特徴

The views from the balcony are what really sold us on the place. You can access the balcony from the master bedroom and living room. My wife was able to decorate the condo in a beach atmosphere and if it decides to rain put on the flat-screen cable tv, which is in each bedroom/living room. Surfside is the only beach that still allows tents!
