Welcome to our cozy studio condo, just steps away from the beautiful sands of New Smyrna Beach! Perfectly situated, our condo offers the best of both worlds: a serene beach retreat and quick access to the vibrant Flagler Ave, filled with popular bars and restaurants.

There is a Queen Murphy Bed, two twin beds, two full bathrooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen!

Great location! The beach and Flagler Avenue are both just an easy walk away, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. With so many great shops, restaurants, and convenient beach access nearby, it’s easy to fill your vacation with wonderful memories. We never had to drive once during our trip—everything we wanted to do was within a comfortable walking distance.!The host was quick to respond to messages, the room was clean and had plenty of space, and it had everything we needed for our beach day, including towels and toys. Highly recommend

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants and just a few steps to the beach. My husband and I came in for the Shark Bite half marathon and it was perfect for our quick weekend away!

I’m sad I was only able to stay for one night because I would have loved to enjoy everything this property had to offer. Overall amazing for what I got to see and the bed was SO comfy which is huge on any trip!

Great stay!

Great stay right at the beach. Everything within walking distance- beach, shopping, plenty of restaurants and my husband even did a little fishing on the beach. The property was perfect and had everything you need! Excellent host!!

Christmas stay at NSB

It was perfect for our stay. Close to Flagler Ave, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. It was nice to park in front of the unit and able to unpack and pack. Beach was close. It was just a little bit cold so we didn't sit on the beach during the day. We would stay there again.

Amazing Vacation!

Property was absolutely perfect! Perfect location, quiet, clean, felt safe! Management was nice, and helpful, quick to respond to any questions! It Was the first time my Grandsons saw the ocean. They didnt want to leave! Thanks for everything..I wouldn't be surprised if and when we come back!
