The home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious backyard with a seasonal pool and inviting outdoor living areas. This listing also includes the Owner’s Unit, a completely private space occupied by the owner only when the full 4-bedroom home is not booked.

A rental agreement is required for all reservations and will be sent after your booking is confirmed.

BEDROOMS

Master Suite (Bedroom 1): California King pillow-top mattress with down-alternative pillows and 100% cotton sateen sheets. Ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large soaking tub. The room also features a dresser, nightstands with a side lamp and reading lamp, reading chair with side table, room-darkening curtains, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet stocked with a playpen with padded sheet, portable fan, space heater, iron, and ironing board.

Jack-and-Jill Rooms (Bedrooms 2 & 3): The kids’ bedroom features a Full bed with 100% cotton sateen sheets and a Twin trundle and Twin bed, with one walk-in closet, three nightstands, one side lamp with USB charging port, one ceiling fan, room-darkening curtains, a large mirror, a toy box, and a collection of dress-up clothes. This room shares a spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub with the connected bedroom, which features a Queen memory foam mattress with 100% cotton sateen sheets, dresser, nightstands, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and TV with Firestick and remote - perfect for children, teens, or adult guests seeking privacy while staying close to the kids’ room.

Owner’s Unit (Bedroom 4): Located at the far east end of the house off the breakfast nook near the garage. This private room features a Queen bed with a 3-inch memory foam topper and and 100% cotton sateen sheets, room darkening curtains, a ceiling fan with remote, a space heater, a dresser, nightstand with side lamp, and a walk-in closet. A desk with one monitor, keyboard, and mouse is also provided for work or study. The bathroom with a standing shower is located just across the hall.
