The owner occupies a separate, locked unit with a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room in the East Wing with private and garage access—there are no shared spaces during your stay.

Please note: The owner’s unit has a bedroom window near the back patio, so we kindly ask that quiet hours (after 10pm) be respected while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

We want you to feel totally at home and enjoy your stay with complete privacy. While we do stay in the separate owner’s unit (with its own entrance and no shared spaces), we're close by and happy to help if needed. You may see us outside briefly—especially if we're tending to the pool or yard—but we always do our best to stay out of your way and respect your space.

This 3-bedroom listing accommodates up to 5 guests in beds. If you have 6 guests, we provide a twin air mattress with extra bedding and linens to accommodate the additional guest. Please make sure the correct number of guests is listed on your reservation to ensure we provide the appropriate sleeping arrangements and linens.

Each of the beautifully appointed bedrooms features walk-in closets and ceiling fans.
Master Suite:
A peaceful retreat with a California King pillow-top mattress, down alternative pillows, and 100% cotton sateen sheets for ultimate comfort. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a luxurious bathtub. An air purifier ensures the air is fresh and clean.

Jack-and-Jill Rooms:
Across the hall, one room features a Full bed, and the other a Twin. These rooms overlook the inviting backyard pool and share a bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub, perfect for family use.

Designed for families, the home includes a closet full of dress-up clothes, a play kitchen now located in the living/family room, and accessible children’s dinnerware. For infants, we offer a playpen with a padded mattress cover and new baby bottle brushes upon request. A twin air mattress is available for larger groups for an additional fee, accommodating up to 6 guests.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything needed to create home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, utensils, and a comprehensive spice collection. The pantry is stocked with baking ingredients, and the farm-style dining table comfortably seats 8. The breakfast nook includes a coffee bar with a Keurig, Texas Pecan coffee pods, teas, vanilla creamer, and more.

Dive into the pool’s 3-foot shallow end or enjoy the diving board.

We provide goggles, floaties, sunscreen, beach towels, and bug spray for your convenience.

A ceiling on the porch ensures comfort as warmer days arrive.

As the cooler months transition into spring, the heart of the home is the spacious family room, anchored by a cozy gas fireplace. Dim the chandeliers, snuggle up with one of the 4 faux fur throw blankets, and unwind on the fully reclining couch and loveseat. For added warmth, a portable electric fireplace is available for use anywhere in the house.

On crisp evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit in the backyard, complete with a small supply of pecan firewood—ideal for roasting marshmallows or sharing stories under the stars. The patio’s café lighting sets a perfect ambiance and automatically turns on at dusk, with a timer to turn off after 2, 4, or 6 hours. Two bug zappers provide additional comfort while you relax.
