Bedrooms

Sleep comfortably on luxurious 100% cotton sateen sheets throughout the home. The primary suite features a California King pillow-top bed with an ensuite bath, soaking tub, and walk-in closet. The kids' room includes a Full bed, Twin bed, and Twin trundle, plus toys, books, and dress-up clothes. The third bedroom offers a Queen memory foam bed, Smart TV, electric fireplace, and walk-in closet.

Gather around the gas fireplace, challenge each other on the 4-in-1 game table, stream your favorite shows, or enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi with two dedicated workspaces. Optional on-site laundry may be available—please inquire before booking.

Kitchen & Dining

A fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, spices, coffee bar, countertop ice maker, air fryer, blender, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Dining seats up to 12 between the farmhouse table and breakfast nook. Highchair, children's dinnerware, and pet bowls are provided.

Owner's Presence

When you reserve the 3-bedroom listing, I may be staying on the property in the private owner's suite or in my RV at the back of the property, or I may be traveling. All guest and owner entrances are separate, and there are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces. You'll have exclusive access to and use of the 3-bedroom listing, backyard, and pool throughout your stay.

I respect my guests' privacy and keep my presence as unobtrusive as possible. Occasionally, I or one of our service providers may need access to the exterior of the property for routine maintenance, such as pool or lawn care. Whenever possible, I'll communicate in advance and work around your plans to minimize any disruption to your stay.

Exterior Camera

A video doorbell monitors the front entry and driveway for guest assistance and property security. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces.

Rental Agreement & Guest Portal

A rental agreement is required for all reservations. After booking, you'll receive a link to our secure guest portal where you can complete the agreement and access your digital guidebook, check-in instructions, seasonal pool information (when applicable), and checkout details. We recommend completing the agreement promptly so you don't miss any important information before your stay.
