Get ready to relax with the whole family in this 4-bedroom house in beautiful, beloved Cape May. Our spacious and peaceful 3 story home offers panoramic views and picturesque sunsets of the Delaware Bay and is located only 50 Steps to the Sand! You cannot beat this location.

The home is fully stocked and equipped with everything you'll need: cookware, linens, towels, and beach gear.

Features:

- 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms.

- Pet Friendly, depending on size, breed, and amount. Additional pet fee applies.
- Rate based upon 9 guests, additional guest fee of $40/person per day for all guest 10 and after.

Please note the property has three stories and climbing stairs is necessary.

- Garage is located off the family room. The main entrance is through this floor.

Home was beautiful and SO close to the water! Also had a great outdoor lawn area where we were able to have dinner. Unfortunately I have to dock a star because we paid extra to have 12 people stay (they charge you depending on guest count) and the host did not provide sufficient bedding or towels for all 12 guests. (There are 4 bedrooms, which account for 10 guests and therefore 2 of ours required usage of the pull out couch, which is what we lacked any bedding or blankets for.) The host eventually responded to us despite the late hour and was able to provide the code to the linen closet, but it was unfortunate that we did not have even 1 blanket for them to begin with. The host said it was because we didn’t “request to use the pull out couch” … but there wasn’t another bed… so 12 guests means you have to use it.

Cape May Getaway

My girl friends and I had the best time on our Cape May Getaway and Ed and his lovely family are to thank! The property was stunning and perfectly fit our party of 11. Ed was also incredibly responsive when we had an AC issue - someone was there to repair it in just a few short hours. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful beach town!

Family vacation

Our family recently stayed at the luxurious waterfront home located in the Villas, nestled between the Bay and Wildlife Preserve. The impeccable property, artfully maintained by the owner, includes absolutely everything one could need from linens to toiletries and even laundry equipment! Every space has been thoughtfully considered including the inviting décor, fenced in yard for our dogs, spacious kitchen and plenty of relaxation areas all within steps from the beach. Our entire family agrees that this home was key to our overall vacation week. This was our first time booking through VRBO and we will not hesitate to book again for future vacations. Cleanliness coupled with comfort make this property an absolute gem. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
