- Stairway down to house is uneven and could be a trip hazard to those with mobility issues.
- Some windows do not have screens and could be a safety concern to children.
- The property has many cliffsides that are not fenced off; parents with young children should consider if this will be a concern to them.
- No additional guests beyond those claimed on the reservation are permitted without prior authorization.
- No more than 2 cars allowed.
- Unauthorized smoking, pets, or additional guests could result in immediate termination of booking and forfeiture of security deposit.
