The Building
Located in the highly sought-after and high walkable neighborhood of Uptown Dallas. The building offers luxe renovated interiors, classic details, and crazy-impressive amenities that make it one of the most unique spaces in the city of Dallas.

Kitchen
As you enter, you're greeted by a fully equipped modern kitchen. Here you'll find everything you need from stainless steel appliances, a full size refrigerator, a gas range stove to a microwave. In the kitchen area, you’ll also find a large shelved pantry. The coffee maker, toaster, blender, and water kettle sit alongside the countertops ready for any culinary needs. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, plate ware, and utensils. Perfect for preparing and enjoying meals at the bar top.

Living Room
The space flows seamlessly into a bright and inviting living room, complete with a comfortable plush sofa that entices you to relax and unwind, a cozy sitting chair for your daily reading and a 65" Roku smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or watching a movie. There is a dedicated workstation desk in the corner of the room and also a reading chair in the opposite room corner, perfect for those who need a quiet spot to work or study with high-speed Wi-Fi access.

The bedroom area features a comfortable queen-sized bed with premium bedding and soft pillows, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
