Property is located in the beloved Blackstone complex located in the bottom of Canyons Village. Condo is on top floor - zero neighbors above - and comes with one free garaged parking spot (additional parking is open air). Just a 5 minute walk to the new Canyons Village Skyway gondola. Free on demand Ski shuttle during winter months.

Living Room/Dining Room: Beautiful windows let in lots of natural light, fireplace and large screen TV (with streaming) and table that comfortably seats 6 (additional seating at counter).

Private patio has spectacular views, 4 chairs with 2 small tables and a gas powered grill.

Primary Bedroom #1: King size bed, with luxury linens and premium mattress, gas fireplace, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and beautiful walk-in shower. *Located on main level

Bunk/Loft Room: has a bunk bed with a full bed up top and a queen on the bottom. There is an additional twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. **Located on second floor. Kids LOVE this space.
