Newer, modern, downtown Wilmington home with a beach house feel in each bedroom and all of the modern amenities you would expect from a newly built house.
You will have the entire corner lot to yourself and all the rooms in the house are available to use at your leisure.
Enjoy hanging out and having a cookout in the backyard while playing some cornhole, or go to downtown Wilmington for the day and then come back and watch a movie on the 65-inch flatscreen in the living room.
If you were hoping to go fishing in the Cape Fear River and wanted to launch from the downtown boat ramp, you’re in luck because the backyard can easily fit a boat and trailer with an 8-foot beam.
