It was good enough but…
It was good enough but there are some things that I think should be mentioned in the listing. First of all there are over a flight of stairs to get to the apartment which isn’t mentioned in the property description nor was it disclosed in the messages between me and the property owner prior to me booking. This might not matter to some but I was there to have a major surgery (which I informed her about) and couldn’t do stairs so I had to pay more money to stay at a hotel for a few days after surgery until I could walk to the apartment using a large hill located on the side of the apartment building. So this is not handicapped friendly by any means as there is no elevator. Next, This is a bottom floor apartment and the neighbors footsteps and weekend music are LOUD! I believe the property manager knew this as well since she asked me how it was going with the neighbors smh….Lastly, it’s not dirty but if you’re picky it’s far from spotless mostly the bathrooms and kitchen cupboards. It’s cheap compared to the other properties in the area but you certainly get what you pay for. The property manager was good at responding in a timely fashion.
