This home has the best of both worlds: quiet and convenient! Located on 1 acre, just outside of the city limits, but close to everything on the Loop 288 and University Dr. This home features a primary bedroom with on suite, 4 guest rooms (2 with on suites) and the 5th bedroom can be used as a large bonus room/school room/game room. The backyard is beautiful, with a fire pit. This home is a very relaxing place to stay.
*Please note this property is on a septic system. Please do not flush or drain and chemicals or flush anything other than toilet paper. Thanks!

We love the quiet setting, country feel, and incredible convenience! Located just off of the Loop, its only 10 minutes from everything on the Loop, downtown Denton, and 380!
