Welcome to your Denton getaway!

-> The backyard fence has been fully repaired and renewed around the entire property to help keep pets safely inside the yard. See pictures.

This beautifully remodeled 3BR/2BA home is tucked in an valuable quiet neighborhood just minutes from Downtown Denton, UNT, TWU, and the fairgrounds.

Inside, enjoy modern finishes like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, and stylish fixtures. Pets are welcome

Bedroom 1 and 2 are located in the first floor. Features a comfortable full bed and TVs.
Kid's room located in the second floors has two twin beds. Ideal for kids.

The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience.

Plus, there's an additional living room space with a futon for extra relaxation.

Outside, relax in the backyard, a grill, and plenty of space to unwind or gather with family and friends. Recently upgraded back fence for pet safety.

Great little house. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Easy to get to UNT and everything else we needed. Communication with the host was quick and they are super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Cute cottage style, very comfortable beds, pillows were very comfortable. Everything in kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of places to eat within a block radius. Only thing we didn’t like was the whole back fence needs replacing and dogs could easily slip through broken panels especially since it’s pet friendly and guests may bring their dogs. Outside patio furniture needs replacing. Back door lock was loose and didn’t feel secure. Hanging hammock was not usable and torn.

Property was as shown and described with the exception of cameras all over the exterior of the property. This is not mentioned in the listing. Hopefully there are none on the interior? The thermostat is controlled from landlords location. Felt as though the landlord was watching the cameras and thermostat settings while we were there which seemed a little creepy? House was clean and beds were awesome!

Hi Carol, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that you felt uncomfortable during your stay, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points. Regarding the cameras, there are only two exterior cameras on the property, both installed strictly for security purposes. One camera is located at the front entrance facing the street to monitor entry to the property, and the other is positioned toward the back fence for the same reason. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home, nor any devices intended to monitor guests’ activities. If there were any other exterior fixtures that appeared to be cameras, they are not recording devices. As for the thermostat, it is remotely managed only to prepare the home between stays—we turn it off when the property is vacant and turn it on prior to guest arrival. During your stay, the thermostat was fully accessible and does not require a password, so guests can adjust it at any time. The app-based access exists solely to assist guests if they have difficulty setting the temperature or need help. We do not monitor or adjust the thermostat during a stay unless a guest specifically asks for assistance. I’m sorry this concern wasn’t communicated during your visit, as we would have been more than happy to explain everything right away and ensure you were comfortable. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve communication and the overall guest experience.

The home is cute and the space is well used. It was extremely humid in the home (74% humidity per the thermostat) and the temperature regulation was not ideal. Having to text the host so they can change the thermostat just simply isn’t ideal when you have cold cranky children in the home. Rated lower in terms of family friendly as the host charged 100 for “stained curtains and couches” when they simply need to be spot cleaned with soap and water, which is par for the course in a vacation rental. My three year olds pullup must’ve leaked and we were punished for that too. If bringing children, have them sleep on the floor!

We’d like to kindly clarify a few points for future reference: Guest Information: When the reservation was made, it indicated only one guest. For safety and compliance reasons, we need to know the exact number of guests, including children, before arrival. This helps us ensure the property is properly prepared and meets all safety standards. House Rules: We noticed that the trash bins were not placed on the street for collection and the patio door was left wide open after departure. These details are important for maintaining the property and ensuring security, so we kindly ask guests to follow these guidelines during their stay. Additional Cleaning: Our housekeeping team had to spend extra time removing stains from the curtains (wine/juice). This required bleach treatment beyond regular cleaning, which resulted in an additional charge from them. We understand accidents happen and appreciate your understanding. Thermostat: Please know that guests are free to set the thermostat to their desired temperature—no password is required. It’s possible the previous guest left it that way, but we will review and make sure the temperature is adequate for all future guests. Our home has been recently upgraded with granite countertops, TV in each room (Guest configuration so you don't need to delete your app's accounts). Great space in the backyards for those family reunions and a lot of space for your best body pet.
