The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized canopy bed with blackout curtains and a spacious walk-in closet. The fully updated kitchen is a chef's delight, and the cozy living room with a 65" TV is perfect for relaxing. The game room offers a poker/card table, bumper pool, and family-friendly games, while the garage features a ping pong table and a bean bag toss (corn hole) set.

This place is 10/10!!! The backyard is like being in a campsite. Total nature. Even with temps in the 90’s we spent most of our time on the shaded beautiful back deck. This house is stocked with literally everything you need. The small details made it exceptionally great. The sound machines in all bedrooms, the 10 x mirrors ( great for women my age) ,the introduction into a new coffee brand. So many things were perfect. If your in the South Bend area, this is your spot!!

The house was perfect! It was exactly as advertised. We loved the extra coffee bar in the lower level and the beautiful view from the deck.We will definitely stay their again if we are back in the area.

The house was perfect!! Very clean! The added toiletries were a considerate touch as well as the snack basket! The neighborhood was quaint and quiet!! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Perfect Everything

The house had everything you could ask for. From the Welcome Basket to the quiet neighborhood complete with wild turkeys, deer and our daily woodpecker. Very clean and organized. Will definitely stay again. Thanks so much.

We stayed at this house while in town for a family member's funeral, and it was exactly what we needed during a difficult time. The home was comfortable, clean, and provided a peaceful place for our family to be together.The air conditioner did freeze up during our stay, but the owner responded immediately and had an HVAC technician there the same day to get it fixed. We really appreciated how quickly the issue was handled.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

My wife and I, grads of Notre Dame and St. Mary's College, own this one singular rental property and we've worked tirelessly to renovate, beautify, and furnish it for you and your loved ones to enjoy. We live less than ten minutes from this property and are absolutely committed to ensuring complete 5-star satisfaction, so if you have a special request, please don't hesitate to ask! We got into this business to ensure greater access to academic and developmental opportunities for our boys, and if we can make your next visit to South Bend amazing and earn your loyalty as repeat guests, then it's a win-win for everyone!
