The property was great. It looked exactly like the photos, no catfishing! Travis was an exception host. Gracious, accommodating and very responsive to my issues and questions. We were in town for a funeral and wanted a comfy place to retreat to during that heavy emotional week. Could not be happier. Would highly recommend this owner and his property.

The home owner has thoughtfully anticipated everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable, home was very clean, towels and bedding were in excellent condition, and just the heated floors in the basement ensuite makes me want to return! We were in town for my grandson's hockey tournament and to celebrate our family Christmas. Eight adults and 3 kids under 8.

We were in for a football game. Fantastic location that is an easy walk to Notre Dame stadium. House looked exactly like the photos. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for a larger group. We would absolutely stay here again. Host has stocked the house with plenty of coffee and other essentials.

The property was very clean! The basement bedroom was amazing and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom. The house was very small. The pictures don’t really relate that. The most was gotten out of the property. It would be nice to have more seating area for dinner/breakfast. There is table you can squeeze 8 at. And then 3-4 at the weird bar over the washer and dryer in the kitchen. But again awkward. Overall, the coffee nook was awesome! It had everything! What a great perk! No early running out to get coffee and creamer. The campfire space was great! Every room had a TV (which sometimes confused the Roku remote) this house was probably built in the 1940’s. Great home! The kitchen had everything needed. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of room to throw a football outside. The outside couch was really a nice addition to the smaller house! Maybe a battery operated blower to blow away all the falling tree buds etc would have been nice. (I understand how hard it is to keep outdoor furniture clean) Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This was the best vrbo stays that my family and I have ever experienced. 1. The property is beautiful. The backyard was the perfect place to have a cookout, have the kids and dog run around, and finish the evening with smores around the fire pit. 2. I truly appreciate the attention to details that were put into the consideration of needs, wants, and comforts within the home. I have mobility and chronic illness issues, and to have an ottoman everywhere I turned truly made the difference for me. Downstairs became our calm space, and it was so nice to curl up and work or read when needed down there. 3. We were privileged enough to be in the presence of a reverse osmosis water filtering system. Honestly, this might be a big deal for most. I have a hyperfixation of filtered water, so this alone should be enough to stay here! 4. We were provided clear instructions and directives when it comes to check-in and check-out. They were more than willing to work with an early check in time of there was any possible way. They were also available for quick and effective communication. 5. The beds were so comfy and the amount of pillows and extra blankets never leave you lacking. Just a consideration:1. There was a child safety lock for the downstairs, but not for the front and back door. It might be helpful to provide some optional child locks for those doors just because of the type they are. 2. The basement main bedroom was logged out of YouTube tv. No biggie! Just a note

A This was a fantastic rental home. Very short walk to campus (literally hard to be closer), clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators and went above and beyond helping organize a couple large item deliveries for the dorm move-in process. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful house for my sisters and me for our family reunion. Cozy, yet many bedrooms that are nicely appointed. Each room has a TV!The back yard was perfect for our family of 11. We used the table as the buffet and sat around the fire for dinner. The Adirondack chairs are nice and comfortable. Reading on the deck on the cushioned seating in the morning sun was so comfortable!Recommend!!

Walk to Notre Dame Stadium, Eddy Street Commons, the Joyce Center, Compton Family Ice Arena, Starbucks, The LineBacker, Trader Joe’s and Martin's Supermarket in 5–20 minutes.

Here's something no other property near Notre Dame can say: this specific house, sitting at the edge of Wooded Estates closest to campus, once had its driveway and yard sold as paid gameday parking by the previous owners — because guests on foot could reach the stadium faster from this front door than from some official parking lots. We've had guests book a White's Field parking pass before arrival, walk out the front door on game day, and realize this house was closer to Notre Dame Stadium than where they'd paid to park. The location speaks for itself.
