Located in Philadelphia, enjoy what this three bedroom Townhouse has to offer. This peaceful and welcoming property provides a tranquil retreat for all guests. With a large Queen bed and three full size beds with memory foam throughout. There is also the luxury of full size smart televisions in each bedroom. You will have plenty of space to unwind on a private backyard as well as a separate elevated spacious patio/deck. The cozy living room features a comfortable sofa bed, and there is even a full/private office with a futon for additional comfort. The property also offers amenities such as heating, hair dryer, makeup vanity, central AC, iron, office printer & paper, WiFi as well as Netflix is available. The Prime has a fully equipped kitchen with an array of appliances/essentials for all your cooking and dining needs. There are two full bathrooms with bathtub and showers. This home welcomes healthcare and business professionals who may require longer stays. There are amenities/accommodations for families with infants and young children who need the comfort and privacy of a home away from home. Your stay will be convenient and hassle-free. The property was nice overall. It was walkable and quiet neighborhood. Only downfall is furniture downstairs did not allow us to hang because the love seat seemed to be for a kid and the couch was not comfortable to relax.

Our goal is provide our guests with an above beyond stay with a deliberate personal touch and a vibe of feeling right at home. That is an interesting perspective about the furniture. Our furniture choices are part of our decor/home. And honestly never received any complaints/disapproval. The main floor has an open layout that provides seating for 14 (if “hang” time was needed for your group of 8) Even though we have never received comments regarding our furniture in a disappointing fashion. We would have no problem if you/your group moved the first level seating around to accommodate your specific needs during your stay. Thanks again & Best regards

We had a wonderful visit with family and friends in Philly. The location of this property is wonderful and met our needs. Getting the heating to work properly was a little bit tricky but we had a stay.

The location of this rental was fantastic. Easily walkable to many great Philly spots. The Italian market is just a couple blocks away and had this fantastic coffee shop, Anthony’s.The host of this VRBO stocked this place so well with thoughtful items, like make up removers, q-tips, bottled waters, chocolates, etc. Made the stay even better!

This was a wonderful house for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the common spaces were perfect. To top it off the location was fantastic for seeing Philadelphia because we could walk the one mile into the city. The host communication was excellent.

I live in the Pennsylvania area where I enjoy all genres of music and dancing. I participated in ballet and track & field as a youth. I will always be a foodie, a movie buff/critic as well as a traveler. One of my favorite songs is Dancing in the Streets (Bowie & Jagger) And I will always be there for Bob Marley’s music and philosophy.

The Prime is situated in a safe beautiful diverse and friendly neighborhood of all ages/backgrounds. The majority of residents can be seen either walking, jogging or biking to their destinations, which includes multiple shops, restaurants, attractions and fun activities with a nightlife worth experiencing by locals or tourists.

This Townhouse is situated in a Prime location in central Philadelphia where all attractions including Philadelphia City Hall, South Street, Penn’s Landing and Ben Franklin Parkway (famous Rocky statue) are either walking distance or 10 minutes drive. Please let us not forget the popular theaters….Wlma, Miller, Walnut Street Theater & Kimmel Theater to name a few. Sport and concert stadiums are also in close proximity to The Prime for all you team and performer chasers/supporters.
