To help keep our beach house comfortable and safe for everyone, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Maximum occupancy is 12 people. No unaccompanied minors. A guest must be 25 or older to book and guest under that age are not permitted to stay alone.
Cleanliness & Respect
• Please treat the home better than as if it were your own.
• No shoes inside the house—sand stays outside!
• Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower/hose before entering.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins.
• If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
Noise & Neighbors
• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Be mindful of music volume and outdoor noise.
Safety
• No open flames or fireworks on the property.
• Grill use is permitted only in designated areas—never on decks or near structures.
• Never leave cooking unattended.
• Please do not lean, sit, or climb on the rails.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.
• By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
• The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
DO NOT unplug or mess with the cameras or WIFI
Before You Leave
• Strip used beds and place linens/towels in the laundry room.
• Key is put back in the box. Missing or lost key will result in $50 fine.
• All dishes are clean and put away.
• All food removed from the home.
• Take out the trash. Trash comes early on Monday and Thursday
• Check that doors and windows are locked.
Smoking & Pets
• No smoking
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
Beach Gear & Amenities
• Feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys—but please rinse and return them after use.
• Don’t take indoor furniture or décor outside.
