Welcome to Haven Harbor Getaway. Time to relax as you sip your favorite beverage on the balcony overlooking Melbourne Harbor and the Indian River waterway, enjoying the cool prevailing harbor breeze from our serene one bedroom, one bath condo. Jog or walk over the causeway to Indialantic's pristine, uncrowded beaches and cruise 5th Avenue Boardwalk to beach shops, Starbucks, famous Moo's ice cream and Bizzarro's pizza. Kayak rentals within walking distance and a dip in the pool to end the day.
Not just for vacationers but also a great spot for travelling professionals, interns and parents visiting students - a place to call home for extended stays.
This is also the perfect location to be for the annual Space Coast Food and Wine Festival that is held in January and the Publix Florida Marathon and Half Marathon held in February annually. Both events are within the Downtown Melbourne area which is steps away from the condo.

Judith and Victor are exceptional hosts. We were able to change our stay dates, they went beyond the usual with welcome note and treats. The amenities were great-clean , well supplied, comfortable-all you could ask for.

This is a great little condo on the edge of downtown Melbourne. Very nice place and very convenient to restaurants and bars downtown. Great view of the harbor and the river

Our stay was awesome. The condo is excellent all you could need for a beach trip was provided. The location is great, you walk to almost every thing needed. We will definitely book again.

Great place

Condo is CLEAN and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. 5 minute drive to the beach. We had a wonderful time in Melbourne.

Heart and Soul of Melbourne!

Perfect location that is close to old Melbourne shops and restaurants. Area is very much walking and biking friendly. Quick dives to major cultural sites/ community activities and the beach too! Property hosts were extremely kind and have well equipped the property with just about every creature comfort you could think of (and a few you didn't think about when packing!) Excellent experience during my stay and would stay at this location again.

Owners were very thoughtful and helpful! Apartment was immaculate and stocked! Historic district had plenty of shops and live music to see. The beach/lagoon and nearby Cocoa Kayaking were amazing! Will be back.
