Great location, accomodating host, very tiny flat

Great location - quiet, safe, within walking distance of Royal Oak, Bayswater, Queensway and Elizabeth lines and Paddington Station. Close to food shopping, including Tesco and Waitrose. Close to the Queensway with lots of restaurants; also close to a couple of nice pubs, including The Prince Bonaparte and The Cow. Easy walk to Portobello and Hyde Park. The owner was easy to communicate with, was very accomodating and made check-in and check-out easy. The flat was obviously recently renovated. Nice new bath - the towel warmer is a nice touch. Lovely fluffy towels. Faux fire in the fireplace made things cozy.But be aware - this place is t-i-n-y. Like extremely tiny. So if its just you and maybe your significant other and all you're going to do is sleep and shower there, you're probably good - it's just very small (and to be fair, I think the price reflects its size). Also, the dishwasher was broken while we were there and there was no clothes dryer - there is a "drying rack" but no clothes dryer, the "twin sofa bed" is just a sofa and the bed is an American double, not an American queen.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience with us. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and the recent renovations of the flat. I would like to clarify that the flat is quite spacious for two guests. However, I understand that it may feel smaller if you're expecting to accommodate more people. I appreciate your perspective on this. Regarding the drying rack, I personally do not use one as I prefer to dry clothes naturally and in a healthy way. I hope this helps clarify that aspect. As for the dishwasher, I apologize for the technical issue you encountered during your stay. I had added it recently for guest convenience, but unfortunately, it experienced a problem just before your arrival. I appreciate your understanding in allowing an earlier check-in to accommodate the situation.
