Close to restaurants, cafes, convenient stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies and only 5 minutes walk from the transportation hubs of Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Hyde Park is less than 5 mins walk while the beautiful area of Notting Hill and the Grand Union canal are just 10mins by foot. You will have easy access to West End theaters bars and restaurants while the East Part of town has now come closer with the Elizabeth Line; only 10mins away!

Our stay in Maggie's flat was absolutely perfect. We loved the location. It is walking distance to tons of restaurants. It was just down the road from Paddington Station which made traveling to central London and tourists attractions very easy. My son and I even walked to Buckingham Palace one day while enjoying the stroll through Kensington Gardens which is close by. Maggie was an amazing host with great communication and quick responses. We were very pleased and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our host, Maggie was a pleasure to communicate with. Our apartment was well-designed, lovely really and clean and sparkling. The location of the apartment was perfect. In a quiet, little corner of London with little restaurants and shops nearby.All within walking distance of Paddington Station. Loved our serene stay in busy London and would stay here again. Excellent

We found this location perfect. Handy to Paddington, the underground, Hyde Park and lots of shops and cafes. The flat was the right size for a couple, and had all the amenities we needed. Would love to stay here again in future.

The flat was perfect. Real cute and comfortable. Maggie was super responsive with any questions we had and came right over when we were having an issue understanding the locks on the front door. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is really cute and nice and quiet.

Very nice flat. Maggie is great and very attentive. Flat has everything you need. Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Paddington station 5 min walk. Can take the train to all the places from there. Hyde Park is 5 minutes away as well.

Well located lower ground floor apartment

We liked the location near Paddington and Hyde park with transport, restaurants and pubs nearby.Apartment was very clean and has a good layout.The apartment is lower ground floor but still has good light. We were there in hot weather and it stayed cool. There is a slight damp smell which is common with lower ground floor apartments.

I’d like to clarify the recent hot water issue. The shower unit has three buttons, one of which displays a snowflake symbol — when that button is pressed, the water remains cool. Unfortunately, Sue and her team were not aware of this and were unable to operate the shower correctly. As a result, I had to cover the cost of a plumber, who confirmed that the shower is fully functional and there are no issues with the hot water supply.

Quick stay near Paddington Station

Enjoyed this basement apt in a great area for quick work trip. Near Paddington station and Hyde Park. Had more room than hotel and felt cozier in residential neighborhood.

We just came back from London, the location of the flat was fantastic, 2 major Tube stations close by, supermarkets, and restaurants. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit this city.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Safe neighbourhood, supermarket and restaurants nearby, tube station moments away. The host was great - she even came over quickly to help us with an issue as we were off late to meet our trains. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Place

Perfect Flat!!

This was the perfect flat for our trip to London. It was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the subway. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our hostess made us feel so welcome and gave us restaurant recommendations and tips. We would recommend to anyone.

Most amazing place!

Our stay at this location was literally perfect. All the amenities you’d need, and a 7 min walk to Paddington station. From there you can get anywhere! Also so close to Hyde Park it feels just perfect being a part of the neighborhood. Highly recommended!
